We are seeking a motivated Technician to join our family-owned company. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing low voltage cabling, security systems (including cameras, access control, AV), and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

• Install low voltage cabling systems efficiently and accurately.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain security systems, including cameras, access control, and audio-visual equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Travel to various work sites to perform installations and service calls.
• Demonstrate proficiency in working at heights and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain and organize equipment and tools to ensure efficiency and safety on job sites.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in low voltage installation and maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different job sites.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules.
