We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Dealer Recruitment Director to assist in the market expansion of our brand. In this role you will have the opportunity to support the Dealer
Development team and Dealer Success team to ensure efficient management and execution of the Roof Maxx expansion strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for working di- rectly with prospects to assist them during their discovery journey to help determine if they are a good fit for Roof Maxx. You will walk them through a process to ensure all questions are an- swered and proper expectations are set prior to making the decision about becoming a Roof Maxx Dealer.
● Develop and manage the sales pipeline of new dealer prospects
● Maintain and utilize our CRM tool ensuring efficient and agile lead flow
● Present to potential new dealers and investors
● Follow a sales process to work the prospect through each step of the process to ensure the entire business opportunity is covered and the prospect understands what is ex- pected
● Establish proper expectations with prospects about the onboarding process
● Close the sale and bring success-oriented owners and entrepreneurs into the business
● Work closely with the operations team, ensuring a smooth transition when onboarding a
new dealer
