Who You Are:

The Operations Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager and will function as the primary point of contact for our internal leads program. This person will be responsible for assisting the dealers with leads-related questions, enrollment, etc., as well as other project-based tasks as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate dealer communications and support as they pertain to our internal leads program
  • Answer dealer questions as they pertain to policies, best practices and potential concerns
  • Ensure all dealers are set up in the leads program and removed if terminated
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with our dealers
  • Proficient in our CRM (Hubspot) and Google Drive
  • Answer emails within our CRM and answer/return phone calls promptly
  • Manage concerns without assistance from a manager, knowing when to escalate
  • Utilize proprietary software to research lead history, etc.
  • Communicate lead patterns to the appropriate teams
  • Develop surveys as needed and track results
  • Track all lead and other communication issues within Asana
  • Perform other duties, including projects, as assigned

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to hold others accountable to follow policies and best practices

  • Proven multitasking expertise and customer service skills
  • Effective communicator across multiple audiences and disciplines
  • Technologically savvy
  • Strong Hubspot, Asana, and Google Suite experience
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own

Education & Experience:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. A bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
