Who You Are

The Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of BI tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and providing actionable insights to various departments. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role will also be responsible for managing the Business Intelligence department, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement the overall BI strategy.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI tools and systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Provide actionable insights to support business decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of BI professionals.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Manage BI project timelines and budgets.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the BI team.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools and systems (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL and other database query languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with data governance and data privacy regulations.
• Proven track record of leading successful BI initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think strategically and drive change

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually.
