Who You Are

SCALE Healthcare is seeking to hire a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management Consulting. The VP of RCM Consulting is responsible for leading consulting engagements including but not limited to:  RCM diligence assessments (underperforming teams, pre- or post-acquisition), RCM system and/or team integration planning, fee schedule analysis, PM system implementation, process improvement, and on-site or remote interim RCM management.  The VP of RCM Consulting should have a progressive RCM experience exhibiting mastery of all aspects of RCM-related processes, systems, and technology as well as extensive leadership experience demonstrating continuous process improvements.  We are looking for candidates who are excited to tackle complex problems using data to communicate underlying issues, create and present solution pathways, and lead the implementation. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Primary Duties/Responsibilities: 

    • Lead consulting engagements
    • Analyze client RCM team, systems, and processes
    • Create and present RCM assessments and recommendations
    • Lead implementation of SCALE’s recommendations
    • Responsible for creating project workplans, schedules and client deliverables
    • Delegate assignments to staff, instruct and monitor progress
    • Adhere to project budget and hours by prioritizing and managing workstreams
    • Assess client systems supporting RCM
    • Lead planning and implementation process for new system deployment
    • Provide interim RCM management
    • Create and manage project plans and timelines
    • Host weekly project status updates with a wide variety of client stakeholders
    • Manage SCALE analysts and associates assigned to related projects
    • Work across SCALE divisions and expertise to delivery high quality assessments and recommendations
    • Develop and manage long term client relationships
    • Internal process and performance improvement projects

What You Bring

Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in RCM management or RCM consulting
  • Progressive experience directly managing complex revenue cycle and operational projects for medical practices, ASCs, hospitals, and/or billing services
  • A track record of success in leading intricate implementations and on-going projects
  • Proficient analytical skills, ability to organize and compare large and varied data using Excel formulas and pivot tables; experience with graphical and statistical analysis and/or BI tools
  • Excellent oral and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of a multitude of PM/EHR systems and ability to quickly learn new systems

 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management or related field; Masters or MBA a plus

What We Offer

Position Salary:

up to $175k
