SCALE Healthcare is seeking to hire a driven and dynamic Associate to join our Consulting Team. SCALE is considering applicants with 3-6 years of experience, with extensive Modeling and Excel experience as well as analytical experience. Project management and power point experience is preferred. A background in Investment Banking, Management Consulting or Private Equity is required to apply, a Master's Degree is preferred. Flexibility to travel, remote work.

• Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Designing Fully Functional Business Plans
  • In charge of management and development of current and new analysts
  • Using financial data to convert into client deliverable format as part of first step in the presentation process
  • Assist the team in translating key business questions into an innovative but viable quantitative and/or qualitative business plan.
  • Collect and refine large data sets to prepare accurate and actionable analyses
  • Execute analytic approaches including quantitative and research to accomplish client goals
  • Fully participate and capture all relevant information in client meetings, translating key performance improvement opportunities into tangible and executable next steps.
  • Design and prepare creative and insightful PowerPoint presentations that tell an unbiased story which resonate will all levels of senior management.
  • Perform 3 statement modeling and understand the nuances of accounting treatment within the healthcare space.
  • Perform financial due diligence on current and prospective clients, with the ability to articulate how quantitative variances translate into qualitative actions.
  • Work with extremely large data sets in excel and be able to manipulate tools to produce viable, accurate and relevant data findings.
  • Perform research across a variety of tools including clinical software, research software, and mainstream tools to prepare market research reports and add-on inventory analysis.

   

   

  Communication and Client Management

  • Work with external groups, such as our operating partners and clients, to support the assessment and implementation of an idea, insight, or plan to ensure that everything we do for our clients has a tangible impact.
  • Work with all levels of external client’s staff, from the clinical level to the executive level to realize performance opportunities and execute tangible business plans.
  • Work with internal teams across a wide range of project initiatives with a key focus on understanding expectations and delivering high quality work.
  • Support senior team members across client deliverables and ensure key communication channels between various members of the team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

   

Position Salary:

$110-120k
