The Project Contract Coordinator reports to the Project Controls Manager. Responsibilities include following and enforcing the client’s procurement policies and procedures, reviewing, comparing, analyzing proposals received from vendors; coordinate and collaborate with Construction Services Staff, M/WBE staff, Program Management staff, and other Project Management Firms; and act as a primary interface with our client for contractual issues. (NOTE: This position is seconded to a sub-consultant of Dikita).
Preference will be given to residents of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. As a condition of your employment, you must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test. You will be subject to post-accident, random, and reasonable cause drug testing during employment.
