Warehouse Manager Assistant

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Warehouse Manager in overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise.
• Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory movements and optimize warehouse processes.
• Assisting in the implementation of safety procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supporting the training and development of warehouse personnel to enhance productivity and performance.
• Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, generating reports, and maintaining documentation related to warehouse operations.
• Assisting with the resolution of warehouse-related issues and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other computer software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures applicable to warehouse operations.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
• Must be available to work on site 
• High school diploma
• Training provided for compliance safety standards and relevant regulations (OSHA, etc.).

Salary up to $50k based on experience.
