Production Manager

Cornerstone Land Abstract is seeking a reliable and driven Production Manager to join our team full-time at our Floral Park, NY office. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee the production of title reports, manage vendor relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and lead the production department with dedication and accountability. This position plays a key role in upholding our commitment to excellence while embodying the core values that drive our company.

• Reliability & Accountability: Oversee the production of title reports with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges in production workflows, vendor management, and client servicing with innovative solutions.
• Effective Communication: Collaborate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless operations and build strong relationships.
• Dedication & Drive: Lead the production team with a focus on achieving departmental goals and delivering high-quality service.
• Compassion & Team Support: Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Continuous Learning & Education: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to optimize processes and share knowledge with the team.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in the title insurance industry is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and TrackerPro title software.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of title insurance processes and best practices.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring or training team members.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Starting at $80,000 annually, with additional salary based on experience
