Join us on an exciting journey as BWG Strategy and OTR Global come together, and the IT Team continues to take advantage of primarily the Azure cloud, and Microsoft 365 Services. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, and ultimately retiring, much of our current infrastructure as we move from IaaS up the stack. We need to expand our DevOps and cloud automation and continue to deliver high quality tech to our internal and external customers and partners.

• Build and maintain an efficient, secure, and well documented Azure environment, and support third party cloud providers as we consolidate
• Maintain high deliverability on our email infrastructure for Business-Critical messaging, as well as warm\cold marketing environments.
• Plan and execute small projects following AGILE principles with clear communication on timeline, risks, progress, cutovers, and continuous improvements

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, M365, Intune, DevOps, Blob, Cog Services, App Service, Power Platform, etc.)
• DevOps configuration driven by ADO – Pipeline CI\CD – branch strategy, etc.
• Microsoft Scripting and automation – Bash\PowerShell\Python
• Email Deliverability with high focus on supporting cold outreach – email marketing background would be a huge plus
• Support Backup, Recovery of IaaS platforms and Microsoft 365 Cloud Services
• Linux/UNIX System Administration a plus, including installation and configuration, Scripting, and Networking (CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc.)
• Must be able to successfully analyze requirements, design, develop, document and implement solutions.
• PLUS for experience with AI\ML\RAG or a strong interest and desire to learn and support
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Strong verbal, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
