Salus Scientific’s flagship innovation, the GLiFT, is an advanced endoskeleton designed to redistribute the weight of heavy lead aprons, alleviating strain on the neck, shoulders, and back. This revolutionary system addresses fatigue and injuries often associated with prolonged use of lead aprons. The GLiFT was originally conceived by a founding physician to manage pain from a personal injury and has since been proven to enhance longevity and quality of practice.

Who You Are

The Territory Sales Manager will lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the assigned region. This role will focus on building strong relationships with healthcare organizations, distributors, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sales management, healthcare solutions, and team leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
    • Identify and prioritize key accounts, prospects, and opportunities for growth.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team.
    • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
    • Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the team.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
    • Provide insights from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on regional performance.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in the healthcare industry, ideally with experience in Cardiology and/or Interventional Radiology service lines, selling safety-related technologies or solutions such as lead aprons.
  • Experience utilizing and navigating a CRM.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, actively listen, adapt messaging to diverse audiences, and negotiate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
