King Engine Bearings, a leader in high-performance engine bearing manufacturing, is looking for a talented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team! 

 

This role is your chance to make an impact by optimizing sales processes, enhancing CRM/ERP systems, and delivering actionable insights that drive success. 

What You'll Do

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and customer service teams by: 

  • Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve processes, automate tasks, and analyze key metrics. 
  • Harnessing process automation and AI to enhance customer service efficiency. 
  • Developing tailored reports in Qlik Sense to support sales and customer service needs. 
  • Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights for decision-making. 
  • Managing sales forecasting and monitoring inventory to ensure smooth operations. 

Be Part of the Sales Team 

This is a hands-on role, deeply embedded within the sales team. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external customers, playing a vital role in: 

  • Servicing customers, including handling complex and high-stakes cases with care and professionalism. 
  • Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. 
  • Collaborating with various departments to address customer needs and provide timely solutions. 
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for customer escalations and ensuring seamless communication. 

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

✔️ Proficiency in Qlik SenseExcel, and Microsoft dynamics CRM  

✔️ Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a knack for multitasking.
✔️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔️ A customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage complex service scenarios effectively.
