Who You Are

The Marketing Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting the marketing team with day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on detailed tasks and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and updating online profiles, supporting dealers, and handling various administrative tasks to help drive our marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Google Business Profiles Management: Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining Google Business Profiles for Roof Maxx dealers, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all profiles, as well as ensuring our dealers are maintaining their 4.5 star rating or above on Google.
  • Dealer Onboarding/Offboarding/Changes: Manage marketing tasks related to dealer life cycle changes, including supporting new dealer onboarding, processing retired dealer offboarding and updating existing dealership info as needed.
  • Account Comparison & Maintenance: Compare and contrast various dealer accounts and profiles to ensure consistency and correct any discrepancies.
  • Microsite Creation & Content Updates: Assist in setting up dealer microsites and keep content up to date based on the latest marketing initiatives and dealer needs.
  • Compliance: Maintaining a list of Roof Maxx dealers who are non-compliant with our policies and managing reach-outs with our legal team.
  • Dealer Support: Respond to dealer questions and comments, providing prompt and helpful customer service.
  • Light Content Creation: Occasionally assist with drafting content for social media, email, and other marketing platforms as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle additional administrative tasks such as managing Asana tasks and maintaining records to support the marketing team.

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Business Profiles, HubSpot, and social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with content management and basic content creation is a plus (Canva).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
