Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Director of Business Development to lead business growth and development efforts across our Healthcare Financial and Operations focused SaaS Product and aligned Consulting Services. This is a key contributor role that will focus on driving growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

 

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Physician Groups, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansion
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement customized business plans
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in business dev, sales within the healthcare industry
  • Multi State Physician Group \ MSO experience is required
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including regulatory requirements and market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Sales process, Methodology and CRM
  • Ability to travel frequently

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare or related field
  • Experience with SaaS Data and Performance Analysis
  • Market research and analytic tools
  • Finance, Budgeting, Revenue Cycle Mgt, BPO

What We Offer

Position Salary:

$125-150k

Effective 09/17/2023 NYC passed a Pay Transparency Law which requires NYC based hiring to include a compensation range on each job posting. This compensation range is presented in good faith for candidates that are hired in these roles will be presented a salary within the range stated on the job posting
