Who You Are

ASI is looking for a Field Operations Coordinator to support our sales and quality management efforts in the New York area. This role connects in-person sales with audit compliance, making sure everything runs smoothly while staying on track with company and regulatory standards. The perfect candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and ready to engage with both customers and compliance teams.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-person meetings with ASI customers 3-4 days per week.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations in the New York market.
  • Present and demonstrate ASI products/services to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations.
  • Perform market audits and evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction and product/service compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, sales opportunities, and audit results.
  • Work closely with the internal sales, support, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are addressed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, updates, and strategies for improvement.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, compliance, or field operations (B2B software industry preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within New York, particularly the Boroughs surrounding Manhattan
