We are a fast-growing immigration law practice seeking a remote Bilingual Legal Assistant with at least two years of experience to join our team. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and potential clients.
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and text messages, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Upload and organize documents in our case management system.
  • Input and update client information accurately.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associates degree preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) required
  • 2+ years of legal assistant experience in Immigration Law preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Suite.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and ask questions when needed.
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $20.88 - $25.00 per hour
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, etc;
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift

Additional Information:

  • Work Location: Fully Remote
  • COVID-19 Precautions: All visitors to our physical office must wear a mask and complete a COVID-19 questionnaire.
