As the Operations Manager, responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, has a passion for problem-solving, attention to detail and is excited about building efficient systems from scratch.

• Strategy Development: Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
• Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and improve workflows across departments to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Project Management: Oversee critical projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the operational liaison between teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Data & Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company adheres to regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks.

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and resourceful approach to tackling challenges.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to take ownership of diverse responsibilities.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools and software that support operational efficiency (e.g., project management software, CRM tools, etc.).
