Title Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the title industry, or a related field, with expertise in title clearance, preparing title commitments, policies, and closing documents. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

• Review and analyze title searches and property records to identify potential title issues.
• Clear title defects and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Prepare and issue title commitments, title policies, and other related closing documents.
• Work closely with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate transactions.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries from clients and partners.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records of all title-related activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and guiding clients through the title process.
• Record and review documents.

• Previous experience in the title industry, real estate law, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of title clearance, title commitments, title policies, and closing procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex title issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple parties involved in real estate transactions.
• A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in title software and document preparation tools is a plus.

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
