We’re looking for a high-energy, driven individual to support our company’s growth objectives. As a Sales Representative, you’ll assist in building client relationships, prospect new business, and work closely with the operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll have the opportunity to earn unlimited commissions based on your performance and success.

 

Working directly with the Sales Manager, you’ll help achieve company goals and receive comprehensive training to understand our operations and set you up for success. 

What You'll Do

  • Prospect new business daily through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
  • Build long-term client relationships and grow your book of accounts.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Learn operation team’s process of how to book shipments, negotiate rates, and coordinate pickups/deliveries to better sell Tumalo Creek’s services.
  • Work with the operations team to build a reliable carrier network to support your clients' needs.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure seamless communication between customers, shippers, and carriers.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to anticipate needs and offer solutions.
  • Work with Operations team to fill available capacity and maximize revenue.
  • Resolve shipment issues proactively to maintain service quality.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Minnetonka, MN.

  • 1+ year experience in sales or logistics preferred (3PL experience is a plus). 
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
