Who You Are

The Account Maanger provides administrative and customer service support for insurance-related activities. This role involves managing policy details, processing applications, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. The Account Executive ensures that all processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure accuracy of policy documents and data input into agency management systems
  • Marketing new & existing business (commercial & personal)
  • Client support / info collection
  • Customer service
    • Manage daily client service requests, renewals, policy changes, certificates, etc.
  • Policy administration
  • Application processing

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience at an insurance brokerage - mixed commercial & personal experience - generalist
  • experienced in handling back office operations across the entire client lifecycle
  • Epic experienced
  • P&C Licensed
  • Strong written & verbal communication; comfortable getting on the phone with clients; interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and accountable
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications
  • Bonus & Commissions: Eligible for discretionary bonus and commission structure
