Title Production Assistant / Title Closing Desk Coordinator / Title Recording Specialist

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals with 1-3 years of experience in the title industry to join our team as Title Production Assistants, Title Closing Desk Coordinators, or Title Recording Specialists. These roles play an essential part in the title process by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across title production, closing, and recording functions.

Title Production Assistant:

• Assist in preparing and issuing title reports.
• Review title searches and public property records for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve minor title issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records and ensure all documents meet regulatory standards.

Title Closing Desk Coordinator:

• Coordinate closing schedules and communicate with clients, lenders, and attorneys to ensure seamless transactions.
• Prepare title policies and commitments, closing documents, escrow agreements, and related closing forms.
• Provide support during closings by addressing questions and ensuring all necessary documents are signed and submitted.
• Maintain accurate closing files and verify compliance with closing procedures.

Title Recording Specialist:

• Review and prepare documents for recording and related transfer documents, ensuring all required signatures and details are accurate.
• Submit documents to local government offices or online platforms for recording.
• Track and verify recorded documents, ensuring timely delivery to clients or lenders.
• Maintain detailed records of recorded documents and provide status updates to relevant parties.

• 1-3 years of experience in the title industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with title commitments, policies, closing procedures, or document recording.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for interacting with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with title or recording software is preferred.
• The ideal candidate should be based in the NYC/Long Island area

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
