Who You Are

The Dental Assistant at Rebis Health works closely with the dental provider team to ensure high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience. This role supports all aspects of patient care from preparation and education to follow-up and equipment management, contributing to a seamless and comfortable clinical experience.  The clinic focuses only on the treatment of sleeping disorders.  The role includes educating patients, diagnostic X-Rays taking scans or impressions, ensuring proper appliance fit, and providing follow-up support as they progress through treatment. It’s rewarding to help patients breathe, sleep, and live better—often with lasting results.

 

 

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
  • Welcome and seat patients, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
  • Educate patients on treatment procedures and post-visit care instructions.
  • Take Cone Beam X-Rays and ensure all imaging is clear and correctly archived.
  • Enter accurate data into patient charts and maintain updated records.
  • Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
  • Make follow-up calls to patients to check progress and offer support.
  • Manage back-office supplies, equipment inventory, and treatment room readiness.
  • Participate in off-site events such as community health fairs and promotional events.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                   

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred.
  • Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and patient care practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental software systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.

 

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Sleep dental experience preferred but not required

What We Offer

Job Title: Dental Assistant

Location: Longmont and Westminster Colorado

Type of Employment: Full Time

Schedule: Part-Time Monday to Wednesday or Full-TimeMonday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $21-25 per hour
