As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Account Manager who will serve as a key point of contact for our advertising clients and help us maintain our commitment to excellence in client service and results.

Who You Are

The Account Manager will report into our Director of Marketing. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting, and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing advertising clients in both print and digital mediums and be able to effectively juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring that advertising campaigns are executed smoothly, and helping clients achieve their marketing objectives. This role requires a strong communicator, a problem solver, and someone willing to wear many hats.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned advertising clients, maintaining strong and proactive relationships.
  • Manage and coordinate advertising campaigns across both print and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sellers, creative, editorial, production, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on their goals, industry trends, and performance data.
  • Track and report on the performance of campaigns, offering insights and adjustments where needed.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during campaign execution, handling client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work with the sales team to upsell additional services or cross-sell new advertising opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in both print and digital advertising.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts, such as invoicing, reporting, and client documentation.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client services within a media publishing or advertising environment.
  • Strong experience with both print and digital advertising, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, is resourceful, and is willing to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Problem-solving ability and a strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and print ad specs.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Boostr (CRM tool).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
