We are seeking a full-time in person self-motivated, quick learning Administrative/Legal Assistant. This position includes assisting the Administrative Department with phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing the calendar for the office/staff, preparing retainer agreements, scanning/copying and other general office support. The responsibilities also include, when needed support in the other departments on case files, drafting correspondence and legal documents.
The Administrative/Legal Assistant must be organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Hourly rate: $22–$25 during a 3-month probationary period. Upon successful completion, the position will transition to a salaried role. The probation period may be extended if additional training is deemed necessary.
