Who We Are

Salus Logo

LnQ is a fast-moving healthcare startup reshaping how radiology services are accessed and delivered. Our platform connects radiologists with surplus capacity to hospitals, imaging centers, and physician groups that need additional coverage. We’re in high-growth and thrive in a nimble, problem-solving culture where every contributor wears multiple hats. If you’re energized by the startup pace and excited to make a real impact in healthcare, we want to talk.

Who You Are

We're looking for a team member with hands-on Radiology experience to support our implementation efforts. You’ll coordinate directly with clients, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integrations, app launches, and ongoing technical success. This isn’t just a task-driven role, it requires strategic thinking, deep domain expertise, and comfort working in a constantly evolving environment. Previous experience in Radiology is required, including a deep understanding of PACS systems, coding, healthcare data integrations, and hands-on collaboration with IT and clinical teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Implementation and Onboarding: Guide customers through onboarding, including trial setups, go-live planning, and completion of implementation documentation.
  • Coordinate HL7 Results Feeds: Partner with Dev Opps and clients to configure real-time HL7 feeds. Help ensure proper PHI handling and secure identifier storage for downstream reporting.
  • Exam Code Mapping and Exclusions: Provide hands-on support with mapping client-specific exam codes to our master dataset. Assist in managing exclusions for procedures not eligible for RVU tracking or payment.
  • Bridge Technical and Clinical Teams: Act as the day-to-day liaison between app developers, external technology vendors, and customer teams. Ensure all parties are aligned during implementation and beyond.
  • Oversee Ticketing and Case Systems: Manage ticket queues—triaging support requests between Dev Opps and customer success deliverables.
  • Keep Projects on Track: Drive implementation plans, coordinate timelines, and align resources to ensure smooth delivery from planning to post-launch.

What You Bring

  • Radiology Background (Required): Minimum of 5 years supporting Radiology in a healthcare IT setting (hospital, outpatient imaging, or vendor).
  • Clinical Application Integration: Experience implementing or supporting imaging systems across multi-site organizations, including PACS, RIS, VNA, HL7, DICOM, and EHR systems.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across technical, clinical, and business teams to align product strategy and delivery.
  • Project and Ticketing Systems: Proficiency in ticketing / project tools.
  • Startup Mentality: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, especially in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

What We Offer

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and growing company.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities.
