Sr. Supply Chain Manager

Belgian Boys seeks an enthusiastic, analytic, detail-oriented Sr Manager of Supply Chain responsible for transportation, warehousing & customer service. We are looking for someone to lead our team responsible for executing activities related to warehousing and freight to customers. The position will manage the coordinated efforts of the internal Customer Service team and our freight/warehousing partners. This position requires strong leadership skills, action-oriented decision making, data analysis, and the aptitude to drive consistency and efficiency.

• Enhance our reliable network of warehousing and logistics partners to ensure an effective end-to-end supply chain execution
• Manage our external logistics partners to meet delivery targets while ensuring corporate and business procedural compliance
• Define, lead, and participate in projects to improve processes that impact the cost, cash and service of the supply chain of our company
• Establish, track, and report KPIs for the supply chain processes to facilitate continual improvement.
• Ensure freight and warehousing invoices are aligned with contractual terms
• Onboarding/offboarding freight and warehousing partners on an as-needed basis
• Establish necessary controls and work with cross-functional partners to develop SOPs to assure that distribution is meeting compliance standards
• Coordinate claims process with key partners to recover company money if there are any gaps in execution
• Coach and develop our team to strive for operational excellence & customer service by continually challenging old methods or ways of thinking and taking responsible risks to maximize results
• Problem solve supply chain challenges with customers & the Belgian Boys sales team
• Maintain strong relationships with our partners and suppliers

• Demonstrated leadership experience, team working, change management, customer focus, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented and communicate at a high level across multiple functions
• Thorough understanding and demonstrated application and implementation of current supply chain management concepts
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and management skills
• Strong problem solving skills are a core requirement of this job
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in supply chain management and/or operations
• Ability to think tactically and identify significant success factors
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and implementing process improvements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding and ability to measure Supply Chain KPIs
• ERP experience
• CPG experience is mandatory; cold chain preferred

Salary: $125k depending on experience.
