Client Service Associate

Schulman Insurance is a boutique employee benefits advisory firm providing expert benefit services to various-sized businesses.

We are seeking a dedicated client service associate. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and great at customer service, you may be a great fit for our service and support team.

• Answering and handling client phone calls and emails
• Corresponding with insurance carriers through phone and email
• Handling a wide range of administrative tasks and client issues from start to finish
• Navigating various insurance carrier websites and client information databases
• Providing key support to team members as needed

• Ability to respond to a high volume of client service requests promptly, professionally, and with a caring demeanor
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete detailed tasks with precision
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to operate computers with ease and navigate websites independently
• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior client service experience - Must obtain NYS Life, Accident, and Health License once hired
• Knowledge of employee benefits, health insurance, and/or human resources is a plus. 

What we offer:

• Salary/pay is negotiable based on level of experience and will range from $50K  - $60k commensurate on experience.
