Who You Are

This is a full-time role for an Investment Banking Associate in New York office. The Associate will work as part of the deal team and will take responsibility for financial modeling, company and industry research, writing information memoranda and other deal materials, due diligence, conducting analyses to support various transactions and marketing efforts, and managing/training analysts.

What You Bring

  • 2-3+ years of work experience in a front office investment banking role (Required)
  • Strong financial modeling and accounting skills (Required)
  • Strong research skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field (Required)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without work visa sponsorship
  • SIE, Series 79 and 63 licenses (Required)
