Who You Are

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office, Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support daily business operations across administration, consumables sales support, and logistics coordination. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys multitasking across functional areas.

 

This role is full-time on-site

What You'll Do

Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in coordinating internal meetings, visitors, and events.

Consumables Sales Coordination

  • Process consumables sales orders and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Track inventory levels of consumables and coordinate restocking as needed.
  • Support the sales team with quote preparation, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding product inquiries and order status.

Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery of consumables and other goods.
  • Liaise with couriers, vendors, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate shipping documentation and inventory tracking records.
  • Assist in developing and improving logistics processes to increase efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, sales support, or logistics preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or inventory systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in an office environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and shipping off platforms.
  • Customer service or inside sales experience.

What We Offer

Hourly pay rate range: $18-$21 depending on experience
