The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth & efficient progression of loan files through the loan process, with an eye toward adhering to lending guidelines and compliance requirements. What You'll Do

  • Adhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies while preparing the loan file
  • Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval
  • Work with the borrower to gather financial information such as credit reports, verify the accuracy to determine creditworthiness, and complete the mortgage loan application
  • Obtain property documentation to process mortgage loan files, including appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records
  • Prepare and submit detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department for approval or denia

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of loan processing experience required
  • Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills
  • Accounting, finance, or business Associate’s degree preferred - High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary:

  • $50,000
