Who You Are

RCB Industries seeks a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers at Your Brand Cafe, one of RCB Industries' family of brands. The ideal candidate will be energetic, have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Customer Interaction: Provide product and service information to customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording and updating account information.
  • Problem Resolution: Address product or service issues by clarifying the customer's needs, identifying the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Order Processing: Maintain customer orders by processing refunds, cancelations, and order editing.
  • Product Recommendations: Suggest potential products or services to management based on customer feedback and needs analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team's overall success by achieving related results as needed.

What You Bring

Education:

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Post-secondary education and Certifications desired.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Drive is required.
  • Salesforce user experience is highly desired.
  • WooCommerce is a plus.

Skills:

  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Decisive with the ability to think quickly and manage escalated situations.

What We Offer

Work Environment:

  • This is an in-office position located in Ball Ground, GA.
  • Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
