Perfect Communications, located in Moorestown, NJ, a premier provider of direct mail and marketing services for the casino gaming industry is looking for the right individual to help us grow our Salesforce based client email marketing services.

We are looking for an individual who can bring unique ideas on how to most effectively deploy and administer the email marketing campaigns that we deliver for our clients.

Who You Are

The Salesforce Email Marketing Cloud Specialist will leverage their technical expertise to execute sophisticated marketing strategies for the gaming industry. Working closely with both the marketing and technology teams, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing marketing automation through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be responsible for converting business requirements into effective technology solutions that enhance player engagement, retention, and lifetime value while ensuring accurate, efficient, and dependable implementation.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing automation processes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tailored to gaming audiences.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, player journeys, and personalized content for various player segments (new players, VIPs, lapsed users, etc.).
  • Design and configure automations in Automation Studio to drive player lifecycle journeys and engagement campaigns.
  • Build, manage, and optimize Data Extensions for efficient player data handling and segmentation.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in AMPscript, overseeing the technical development of all Marketing Cloud journeys and player segmentation across multiple gaming titles and platforms.
  • Provide training and offer ongoing support to internal users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and gaming industry best practices.
  • Design, test, build, and demonstrate proof of concepts, data integrations, queries, automations, journeys, and reports for gaming-specific use cases.
  • Continuously stay updated on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, features, and gaming industry trends to improve marketing automation capabilities within the organization.
  • Ensure email campaigns comply with industry regulations.

What You Bring

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation principles and best practices within the gaming/entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS, SQL, and AMPscript for customizing email templates and dynamic content. Ability to code campaigns from scratch.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple project launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional deadlines effectively.
  • Understanding of responsive email design, QA testing and best email practices.
  • Ability to manage high volume email campaigns with deadlines
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce CRM.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the casino gaming industry, mobile gaming, or digital entertainment sectors.
  • Understanding of player segmentation, monetization strategies, and gaming KPIs.
  • Familiarity with gaming platforms, app stores, and player acquisition channels.
