Who You Are

Belgian Boys seeks an enthusiastic, analytic, detail-oriented Manager of Customer Supply Chain responsible for transportation & customer service. We are looking for someone to lead our team responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of products and services from our supply chain to our customers supply chain. The position will manage the coordinated efforts of the internal Customer Service team and our freight partners. This position requires strong leadership skills, action-oriented decision making, data analysis, and the aptitude to drive consistency and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and serving as the primary point of contact for all customer service-related matters.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate those into effective supply chain strategies.
  • Coach and mentor team members to drive operational excellence and customer service, encouraging continuous improvement and a mindset of innovation and responsible risk-taking.
  • Resolve customer issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments for successful customer onboarding.
  • Lead development of customer management reporting tools to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Oversee coordination of transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely deliveries and streamlined logistics operations.
  • Manage relationships with external logistics providers to ensure delivery targets are met and all operations comply with internal procedures and business requirements.
  • Manage the freight budget for inbound and outbound truck transportation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Validate freight invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of freight partners based on evolving business needs.
  • Lead the coordination of claims processes with logistics partners to recover costs in the event of service failures or execution gaps.
  • Develop and track KPIs that help the leadership team understand how we’re performing versus customer expectations.

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong foundation in cross-functional teamwork, change management, strategic thinking, and customer-focused decision-making.
  • Direct experience working with major Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) retailers is required.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain and/or operations management.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and act on key supply chain KPIs.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and other supply chain technologies.
  • Prior experience in the CPG industry is required; cold chain experience is a plus.
