Business Operations Manager

As Business Operations Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of execution and strategy—owning day-to-day operations, tracking program performance, and driving proposal efforts that bring new customer missions into our pipeline. You’ll help align priorities across engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams while building the operational backbone of a rapidly scaling company.

• Manage internal program operations—tracking schedules, deliverables, and team alignment
• Coordinate cross-functional execution for multiple concurrent satellite projects
• Lead proposal response efforts, including timelines, inputs, and final delivery
• Develop and maintain internal dashboards, progress reports, and planning tools
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes to support company growth
• Support leadership with company-wide planning, goal setting, and prioritization
• Assist with supplier coordination, purchasing workflows, and resource tracking

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or related roles in a fast-paced tech or hardware environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong follow-through
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional efforts to completion
• Experience managing proposals or customer deliverables in a technical domain
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
• Proficiency in modern productivity and planning tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace)

• Background in aerospace, hardware, or manufacturing
