Who We Are

We’re building the future of space access by designing and delivering high-performance satellite platforms that scale from demonstration missions to full constellations. Our integrated bus and payload approach offers customers a faster, more reliable path from concept to orbit. From flight hardware to factory ramp-up, our supply chain is critical to everything we do—and we’re looking for a global-minded leader to help scale it.

Who You Are

As a Senior Global Supply Manager, you’ll lead supplier strategy and execution across a growing network of international partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business teams to source and deliver complex, high-performance components that meet aggressive cost, quality, and schedule targets. This role demands strategic thinking, deep supplier engagement, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Own sourcing and supply strategy across key mechanical, electrical, and subsystem components
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard international suppliers for flight-critical hardware
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with global vendors and manufacturers
  • Manage procurement planning, risk mitigation, and supplier performance tracking
  • Collaborate with engineering to align sourcing decisions with product and DFM goals
  • Work with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and scalability of supply chain operations

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in global supply chain, procurement, or supplier management, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
  • Track record of building and managing supplier relationships across multiple countries
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Deep understanding of lead time planning, cost drivers, and hardware manufacturing processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones and cultures
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with aerospace-grade components, electronics, or mechanical subsystems
  • Experience with ERP or supply chain management tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Arena)
  • Fluency in additional languages or experience working in Asia/Europe supply regions

What We Offer

  • Help shape the supply chain for spacecraft that are flying today and scaling tomorrow
  • Be part of a global operation with real-world impact
  • Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and full benefits
