As a Logistics Coordinator Assistant, you will play a critical support role within our logistics and operations team. You’ll assist in ensuring that service delivery runs smoothly by providing administrative, communication, and coordination support across customer service, dispatch, and scheduling functions.

What You'll Do

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Logistics Coordinator in managing inbound and outbound communication with customers, vendors, technicians, and partners.

  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of field technicians across various regions, ensuring accurate and timely dispatching.

  • Help maintain and update service records, technician availability, and work orders using proprietary systems like DBAnalytical and third-party portals.

  • Monitor ongoing service requests and provide real-time updates and support to the logistics team.

  • Collaborate with multiple departments—service, billing, operations, and technician management—to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Aid in troubleshooting scheduling issues or service delays with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure that all logistics data and documentation are current, accurate, and properly filed.

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying gaps and proposing supportive solutions.

  • Technology Comfortable – Able to quickly learn and navigate logistics platforms, including scheduling software, CRMs, and data tracking tools.

  • Adaptable – Thrives in a dynamic environment and willing to take on evolving tasks and responsibilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, logistics support, or dispatch-related role.

  • Familiarity with logistics or service-based business operations is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour
