Who You Are

Are you passionate about designing experiences that inspire, connect, and impress? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Senior Event Specialist to lead the planning and execution of world-class events — from global summits to exclusive incentive programs. This is a standout opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values collaboration, leadership, and client excellence.

 

In this hybrid role, based out of our vibrant South Florida office, you’ll work alongside a highly collaborative and creative team. You’ll lead event execution from start to finish, serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, and travel to national and international destinations to bring programs to life.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for a range of corporate events and incentive programs
  • Source and negotiate with hotels, venues, production partners, and other key vendors
  • Lead on-site event execution, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and brand standards
  • Act as the liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless, impactful experiences
  • Develop and deliver pitch decks and event marketing materials that align with brand strategy and client objectives
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and key deliverables with precision and professionalism
  • Support and empower team members through mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing, contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team culture
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of hands-on event management experience, including international and incentive travel
  • Proven experience sourcing hotels, venues, and vendors on a global scale
  • Strong understanding of AV, production, and show flow management
  • Experience creating compelling pitch decks and marketing assets for internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Client-facing confidence with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset
  • A passion for brand storytelling and its integration into experiential marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with grace and agility
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
  • Proficiency in project management platforms and budgeting tools

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually.
