Who You Are

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual who can take ownership of Modotech’s marketing efforts while also managing key aspects of client relations. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats, enjoy creative storytelling as much as strategic relationship-building, and are equally at ease designing a brochure or demoing a complex software product. You’ll play a pivotal role in increasing brand visibility, supporting sales, and enhancing client satisfaction.

 

 

What You'll Do

 

You will become acquainted with current applications to facilitate rapid, effective growth into new markets and lines of business as well as supporting growth and stability in existing markets. As such, strong knowledge of and experience in the property and casualty insurance business is a priority. In addition, you will:

 

  • Work directly with clients to develop requirements and specifications
  • Manage projects
  • Assist clients in designing testing schema
  • Coordiante and/or conduct testing.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software, SaaS, or the insurance industry.
- Strong graphic design and content creation skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience conducting technical sales presentations or software demos.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time across the U.S. and Canada.

 

You’ll be responsible for both external-facing marketing activities and the client experience throughout the business development and onboarding lifecycle. This includes:

Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise Modotech’s visibility in the insurance software space.
- Design and produce promotional materials (digital and print), including brochures, case studies, email campaigns, and trade show displays.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media presence.
- Identify and pursue speaking, sponsorship, and networking opportunities at relevant conferences and events.

Client Relations & Sales Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for new business inquiries.
- Conduct customized demos of the Modotech platform to potential clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to prepare quotes, proposals and contracts.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by facilitating communication and setting expectations.
- Nurture ongoing relationships with clients to enhance engagement and foster referrals.
- Assist with monthly invoicing tasks as needed.

Strategic & Analytical
- Collaborate with leadership on market positioning, messaging, and pricing strategy.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs.
- Track marketing campaign results and maintain dashboards to report on key metrics.

- Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000 base, depending on experience
