Who You Are

As a Order to Cash Officer you are responsible for an on time in full delivery of orders of your customers. You have to make sure that every order meets internal and the customer requirements on quality, batch criteria, and documentation for export (COA, Health Certificate, B/L etc.) to get custom clearance and a satisfied customer.

What You'll Do

Core tasks:

  • Follow up on contracts and ask customer for purchase orders
  • Acknowledge, process and confirm customer orders as well as commission for agents
  • Check forecast and availability as well as credibility of customer. Work close together with sales and CSO on forecast.
  • Manage the order pipeline and ensure getting/arranging the necessary documents for customers, transport and customs based on INCO and payment terms, e.g., letter of credit, import permits
  • Allocate stock to the right orders including batch selection according to internal and customer needs
  • Instruct the warehouse for order picking and date of loading to fulfil customer requirements first time right
  • Make sure that shipment labels are conform international/customs standards
  • Book transport (sea, road, air, courier)
  • Issue invoices to customers according to Incoterm and prepare a set of documentation as per the customer/customs needs.
  • Maintain customer Masterdata related to the OtC process
  • Answer customer queries related to the OtC process and keep customer informed about deviations
  • Follow up and manage outstanding payments with customers as per the working capital targets

 

Side tasks:

  • Responsible for fulfilling customer agreements for first-time-right deliveries
  • Approval of incoming Supply Chain related invoices
  • Support the customer with transport arrangements and documentation for sample shipments

What You Bring

  • Bachelor/Master in Supply Chain management or economics is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the ERP system SAP, MS Office applications and BI reporting tools
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in an international B2B environment (Required)
  • Experience with international freight forwarding
  • Fluent in English, 1 additional foreign language a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Managing complex set of relations in- and externally in the Supply Chain
  • Can do mentality and a strong sense of ownership
  • Team player who is service and result oriented. Get the job done
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Accurate and disciplined, uses a structured approach in work
  • Data entry experience with excellent accuracy level

What We Offer

Salary Range: $80k-$110k depending on experience.
