Software Implementation Coordinator

AuthX is a cloud-based identity and access management platform for single sign-on, passwordless, and multifactor authentication. It helps enterprises implement seamless user authentication and security with its advanced authentication workflow feature, enabling security for end-users across workstations, mobile, web and network.

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Software Implementation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and deploying software solutions tailored to meet client requirements. You will serve as the technical expert during the post-sales process, working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, development, and customer support to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope, technical specifications, and success criteria.
• Customize and configure software applications based on client needs.
• Install, integrate, and test software systems in client environments.
• Assist in implementation, coordinating tests and observing initiation of the system to validate performance and ensure all business requirements and their integrity are maintained.
• Assist in system design, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, reviewing development efforts and delivering the solution to the end-user.
• Work with internal development teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and track software bugs or feature requests.
• Train end-users and create technical documentation and user manuals as needed.
• Document implementation processes, system configurations, and user guidelines.
• Monitor and report on implementation progress, changes, client configurations issues, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and product/engineering teams.
• Support post-implementation review and provide recommendations for improvements or optimizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Required)
• 1+ years of experience in software implementation, system integration, or software deployment, preferably in the IT security domain (Required)
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles (Required)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects at a time.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with API integrations and common data formats (JSON, JS, XML).
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as ASP.Net, Angular, SQL, C# is a plus.

Salary: up to $60k depending on experience.
