Who You Are

We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible to assist seasoned mortgage underwriter and processor with their daily tasks which include running background/credit reports, ordering appraisals and processing loan applications. Additional responsibilities include ordering office equipment and supplies, assisting with scheduling/appointments and coordinating events. What You'll Do

  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
  • Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties

What You Bring

  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Customer service or administrative experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required

What We Offer
