Accounting Assistant

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our Accounting Team facility. 

• Billing and sending invoices
• Error Resolution
• Cash collections
• Backing up and entering bills
• Field calls for money
• Banking software
• Reporting

Location: 103 Queens Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting experience, or college degree in business
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be available to work on site

• Salary up to $55k based on experience.
