Who You Are

We are a growing immigration practice looking to add a Spanish Bilingual Legal Assistant to our team. We offer an outstanding, team-oriented work environment, with opportunity for long-term growth. The right candidate will have experience handling a high volume of phone calls and administrative tasks, as well as, strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and take direction. Must have experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. We are looking for someone to grow with our firm.

What You'll Do

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Filing
  • Scanning incoming and outgoing mail
  • Preparing mail for shipping
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Being the initial point-of-contact for our clients and potential clients

What You Bring

  • High school degree or equivalent (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years of proven office administrative experience (Required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office/Google Office suite
  • Must be able to take initiative and be comfortable asking questions when necessary to complete tasks correctly
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English (Required)
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable
  • Open to taking on new responsibilities and challenging tasks.

What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $20. - $24.00 per hour
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, etc;
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift
