As part of the IT Logistics Internship at Montra, you will work with Montra’s warehousing and logistics team to provide support for the IT services that are being provided to our customers. This includes order fulfillment, inbound inventory refresh, and repair and updates of computer systems and other devices that are returned by Montra customers. Montra offers direct opportunities for introduction into IT logistics processes that are increasingly becoming a part of modern-day IT management. Work will include some direct interaction with customers and will also include fulfillment of services that require hardware and software support capabilities.
· Support the IT logistics team in delivering great customer service on customer hardware, software and other systems.
· Assist in fulfillment and return materials authorizations (RMAs) of IT assets for Montra customers
· Troubleshoot issues with customer systems as well as internal systems used for supporting customers.
· Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, document, and repair customer returns of IT assets.
· Collaborate regularly to optimize logistics processes of the company.
· Maintain information in software systems for all logistics processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· You are a motivated self-starter and a strong problem solver.
· You are attentive to standard operating procedures.
· You’re passionate about new technologies.
· You have strong, collaborative communication skills, both written and oral.
· You have an engaging attitude about customer service.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in managed IT services, computer systems, security or networking.
· Experience is data analytics and visualization.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited institution.
