Shipping Coordinator

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Shipping Coordinator with one to two years of experience. The role involves on-site work with good communication skills, entails multitasking, preparing shipping paperwork, and familiarity with logistics terminology. 

• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure accuracy of information.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and track delivery schedules.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding shipping activities.
• Utilize FrightWise software system for shipping operations.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet shipping deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of shipping activities and documentation.
• Assist in resolving any shipping-related issues or delays.
• Collaborate with logistics team to optimize shipping processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to shipping and logistics.

• 1-2 years of experience in a shipping environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be available to work on site Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Salary around $45k based on experience.
