Who You Are

As a Sales Support / Administrator for the Hospitality Division at Sacco, you will be instrumental in coordinating large-scale hospitality projects, where precise coordination is essential due to the volume and complexity of orders, tight timelines, and strict client expectations. In this role, you will review and assess purchase orders and contracts provided by purchasing agents to confirm alignment with project scope and ensure the company can fulfill all obligations before acceptance. You will interface with purchasing agents to resolve discrepancies and to clarify terms when needed to protect the company’s interests and ensure smooth execution.

 

This role is critical for the growth of Sacco in two ways: it provides additional support to the Hospitality Sales Consultant, providing seamless support to our clients, allowing Sales Consultants to grow their book of business and it allows firsthand learning to prepare the Sales Specialist to eventually become a Sales Consultant.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interior designers, architects, and purchasing agents, building strong professional relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout all phases of the project.
  • Review floor plans, specifications, and project requirements to assist clients in selecting products that meet both design and functional needs.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams—including sales, design/art department, production, and logistics—to ensure alignment on project timelines, material details, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including client specifications, approvals, purchase orders, change orders, and status updates.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales team via phone and email to ensure transparency and alignment across departments.
  • Partner with Sales Consultant to resolve client issues in a timely manner and to client's satisfaction.
  • Market Sacco brand and products when the opportunity arises in working alongside the Sales Consultant. All marketing and sales are the to the trade.
  • Partner with the Sales Consultant to meet or exceed sales goals and understand that your active participation in meeting goals assures Sacco of meeting their annual growth goals.
  • When dealing directly with clients, cultivate and expand relationships with them by deeply understanding their needs and presenting compelling solutions.
  • Actively assist the Sales Consultant in pursuing new clients through social media, networking when appropriate and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Assist the Sales Consultant to develop and execute a marketing plan that generates leads, project quotes, and sales.
  • Assist the Sales Consultant in providing monthly/weekly updates to your manager: pipeline and project status, marketing activities using CRM.
  • Provide superior client experience to enhance long-term relationships, brand loyalty, and increase market share.
  • Attending sales meetings either in person or virtually and actively participating to grow institutional knowledge for further growth and expanded expertise.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years’ administrative or project management experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Digitally savvy
  • Self-motivated and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and other sales tracking tools
  • Highly motivated to eventually work as a Sales Consultant for Sacco.

What We Offer

Salary Range: $60k-$80k 

 

Sacco is committed to promoting pay equity. The rate of pay is determined based on each individual's experience, qualifications, and the geographic location of the role. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise.
