Who You Are

The Sr Associate is a key contributor to strategic planning and financial decision-making. Your analysis will shape our growth initiatives, portfolio management, and operational efficiencies across our footprint industrial assets. The position is a key contributor to strategic planning and financial decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage complex financial models for acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and capital expenditures.
  • Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, coordinating cross-functional inputs and variance analysis.
  • Analyze property- and market-level performance to inform asset strategy and leasing decisions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports on operating performance, trends, and KPIs.
  • Partner with Investor Relations on earnings preparation and market communication materials.
  • Drive scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for key investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management, Development, and Capital Markets teams to evaluate ROI and guide capital allocation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives within the FP&A function.

What You Bring

Qualification and Required Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • 4-6+ years of experience relevant experience in FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance—ideally in real estate, REITs, or private equity.
  • Strong understanding of industrial real estate and REIT financial metrics
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, including debt instruments and interest rates.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, PowerPoint and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
