We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Associate to support client engagement, marketing, and research distribution efforts. This individual will work closely with Sales and Leadership teams to coordinate outreach for events, manage CRM systems, and help drive operational excellence across revenue functions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative team at one of the most differentiated investment research firms in the industry. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales support, CRM or database management, or
engagement-related operations, especially within the investment management industry.
▪ Coordinate and execute marketing and client engagement initiatives, including in-person and virtual event planning.
▪ Support the Sales team by maintaining CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and improving workflow efficiency.
▪ Assist in the creation and distribution of research and marketing materials to clients and prospects.
▪ Collaborate cross-functionally to support business development and client retention initiatives.
▪ Maintain CRM reporting to enhance revenue tracking and forecasting accuracy.
▪ Conduct internet-based research to support strategic initiatives.
▪ Assist with internal reporting deliverables, including board materials, business performance updates, and KPI dashboards.
▪ Contribute to ad hoc projects and ongoing process improvement effort
▪ Experience: 2–3 years in coordination, administration, or sales support roles. Experience in financial services or investment research is a plus.
▪ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
▪ Strong project management abilities with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, or in person.
▪ High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Salesforce, Tableau, or Singletrack experience is a strong plus.
▪ Resourceful, with strong internet research and problem-solving skills.
