Who You Are

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation. This role ensures the organization's HR strategies support its business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What You'll Do

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead and support the execution of workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR-related issues and business decisions.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Mediate disputes and provide coaching to employees and managers.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage audits, EEO reporting, and other regulatory documentation.

Performance Management & Development

  • Lead the performance review and goal-setting process.
  • Develop and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Identify and implement succession planning strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.  Work closely with PEO on payroll, benefits and compliance issues.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Oversee HRIS management, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, BambooHR, ExtensisHR).

What We Offer

Position Salary:

80k-100k

Effective 06/1/2025 NJ passed a Pay Transparency Law which requires NJ based hiring to include a compensation range on each job posting. This compensation range is presented in good faith for candidates that are hired in these roles will be presented a salary within the range stated on the job posting
