Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a strong understanding of the New York real estate market. The ideal candidate will focus on cultivating relationships with real estate professionals, including transactional attorneys, loan originators, real estate agents and brokers, owner/operators, and developers

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities with real estate professionals and transactional attorneys.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with attorneys, law firms, brokers, agents, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Present and promote Cornerstone’s title insurance services, tailoring solutions to meet client-specific needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market developments impacting the New York real estate and title insurance sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in the title insurance industry or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the New York real estate market and title insurance processes.
  • Established network of real estate professionals and attorneys in the New York City / Long Island area.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Based in, or willing to commute to, the New York City / Long Island area.

What We Offer

  • Base salary of $55,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience) plus a competitive commission structure, with potential to earn $200,000+ total compensation in the first year.
